We know your four-legged companions are part of the family, so we’ve designated some of our rooms as dog-friendly. Let us know in advance if you’re bringing your furry friend so we can ensure you’re booked into a suitable room. A £20 fee per dog, per stay, applies to cover extra cleaning.

Located on the first floor, and one of our largest rooms, this bedroom can be made up as a super king or twin room. It has dual aspect windows, which flood the room with light. The with a sofa for you to watch TV or enjoy the views of the hills from.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath with a shower above.
Located on the first floor with views to the back garden. Our small double rooms may be compact, but they have all the essentials you need to use it as a base to explore the area from. It has an ensuite shower room with the same luxury toiletries we use throughout the property.
Our standard double rooms offer views to the back garden. As well as the standard amenities such as our complimentary tea tray and hanging space, they also have a desk space to work at and a comfy chair to enjoy a book on.
These rooms enjoy all our standard amenities, as well as a desk to work at and a chair to enjoy the garden view in. The spacious shower room comes equipped with our luxury toiletries and one has a bath.
These rooms are located in our Annexe, which is structurally part of the main building, but has a separate outside entrance.
Room A10 is our only ground floor room and is located in our Annexe. As one of our Standard Twin/Super King rooms it can be made up as either two single beds or one extra large bed (please specify preference when booking). It has all our standard amenities, as well as a desk to work at and a chair to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in. The shower room comes equipped with our Sea Kelp toiletries. It is also dog friendly so you can bring your four legged companion with you too!
Room A11 is located on the first floor of our Annexe and is one of our largest rooms. As one of our Standard Twin/Super King rooms it offers the flexibility to be made up as two single beds or one large super king sized bed (please specify preference when booking). This is our only standard Twin/Super King room in the Annexe with a bath so perfect for those looking for a long soak to recover after a day on the hills.
Room A12 is on the first floor and is our largest room. Its bed can either be made up as twin beds or one large super king bed (please specify preference when booking). It has an east facing view over to the hills opposite. Room A12 is our only ensuite bathroom that has a separate bath and shower. The room has a spacious seating area with a sofa and table and chairs for you to relax in.
PAYMENT POLICY:
The full balance will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking the day before check-in. If payment has not been made 24 hours prior to check-in then the booking will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of the full amount will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations may be cancelled without charge until midnight the day before arrival (48 hours before check-in). If your reservation is cancelled after the free cancellation period has ended then the full value will be charged.
GROUP BOOKING POLICY:
For reservations where three or more rooms have been booked by the same person then our group booking policy shall apply.
If you are arriving from The South - Take the exit for Ballinluig and at the mini roundabout take the third exit across the flyover. As you come into Ballinluig village you will see the local Post Office on your right hand side, continue on until you come a little junction on the right and then turn onto Ballinluig Main Street. The Ballinluig is the long white building immediately on the right hand side.
If you are arriving from The North - Take the exit for Ballinluig then take the first left onto the Main Road. The Ballinluig is the long white building immediately on the right hand side.
